Eligibility Criteria
Film makers, producers and interested groups.Summary
Alberta was one of the first on the scene in North America to set up a film commission - in 1972. Since then we've made it our business to know your business inside and out. Albertans welcome the film and television business and are happy to help bring this industry to the province. The office works closely with producers through every phase of production - from taking their script and finding Alberta's hidden jewel locations, to connecting them with Alberta talent and resources. We will assist in cutting through the red tape to get the necessary approvals a producer might need. Our extensive industry experience with productions, both large and small, allows us to respond quickly to the spontaneous and unexpected needs of the industry.
