Apeetogosan (Métis) Development Inc. provides the Métis and Non-Status Indian people of Alberta with business financing and related services and administers and allocates funds that will be instrumental in the economic development and self-sufficiency of the Métis and Non-Status Indians of Alberta. 

Eligibility Criteria

• Métis or Non-Status Indian individuals over 18 years of age,
• Resident of Alberta
• Must demonstrate capacity to repay the loan
• Must have a minimum cash equity of 10% of the total project cost

Summary

 

• Small Business Loans - available for establishing, acquiring or expanding a profitable commercial business,
• Commercial Mortgage Loans - available to refinance existing debt or acquire commercial property for expansion purposes,
• Advisory Services - through a subsidiary company (Pinnacle Business Services Ltd.), assistance with the development and preparation of business plans, feasibility studies and accounting, marketing and general management support is available for a fee.
